Geraldine Fagan is originally from Liverpool, England, and a visiting fellow at the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (Washington, D.C.). Based in Moscow, she has monitored religious affairs across Russia for over a decade, currently for Forum 18 News Service (Oslo, Norway). She’s also contributed to The Times of London, The Wall Street Journal and The Moscow Times. Her book Believing in Russia – Religious Policy After Communism will be published in 2012.
